... in the movie, and while there's been no role specifically mentioned in relation to the story, it does seem that The Black Cat is once more the likely favourite. That said, Sam Raimi and his team haven't, at this stage, confirmed that The Black Cat is the villain for the next Spider-Man film, although all points seem to be directed that way at the moment. Yesterday, incidentally, it was reported that the terrific Julia Stiles had also auditioned for the role. We'll keep you posted... Deadline Hollywood
